Coaching is not about performance or being more productive. It’s about developing you, helping you come back to yourself, to stand strong in your brilliance, full of energy, clarity and focus on what matters most to you. In our sessions, we work with the real life recognising that lasting change is embodied - it’s not merely changing habits, but shifting how you show up in life. This transformation is achieved by exploring:

How to work with me
We start with a free 30-minute Zoom call to see if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a simple onboarding package to get you started.
I work with clients over a period of several months. We meet once or twice a month either in person in Singapore, or online.
Each session is tailored to your needs. Together we co-create a space where you can share freely, feel deeply, and move forward with clarity.
Early sessions focus on building a strong foundation:
We map your challenges and goals
We understand your beliefs, habits and saboteurs (inner critical voices)
We identify your values, inner drivers, and purpose
This foundation serves as your inner compass - a guide for future choices and alignment.
During our sessions I will listen to what you are not saying, your energy shifts, tone of your voice, the underlying assumptions, expectations or unspoken agreements. I will highlight your skills and unique qualities, empowering you to trust your own capabilities. I observed my clients building emotional capacity and responding to life challenges with intention and integrity.
I will champion you to move beyond the struggles, step by step, even if life feels difficult. This is where coaching with me becomes the safe harbour: a place to share your challenges, worries or frustrations. I will also hold a vision you have for you and your dreams.
My coaching focuses on the whole person. In each session we bring what matters most to you in the moment - your relationships, career, personal growth, daily challenges, emotions, decision making, or energy drains. We will explore how your body, mind and intuition respond to these topics and use that insight to move towards a change that lasts.
You will receive tools, exercises and reflection prompts to deepen your awareness and apply insights between sessions. We will clarify what success and fulfillment means to you, and align your actions with who you want to be.

I will hold you accountable to what you say you want for you - and support you every step of the way. It will not always feel comfortable — we will design that this is how we will work together, to be true to your shift and transformation.

Who I work with
I work with emerging leaders, mid-career professionals, founders, parents, people who have done bold choices before and seek deeper growth. They often carry responsibilities and seek space for clarity, integrity and honesty. They are not looking for a to-do-list or a ready made plan. They want something deeper, more honest, raw.
Alongside my coaching work, I train people to go from sedentary to strong, helping them rebuild their physical and mental strength — connecting body, mind and soul.

Your investment
The cost of our engagement is based on a sliding scale fee structure. Pricing of our coaching sessions are below, with one or two sessions per month. To work with me you need to commit to a minimum of three months engagement.
Regular sessions: SGD 300 /session
Pay what you can*: Students/Graduates, unemployed or just starting professionals with limited financial assets.

What sort of coach am I?
With a background in fitnes, science and systems thinking, I bring a sharp analytical lens to personal growth. Before coaching, I earned degrees from Warsaw University of Technology and TU Delft, trained as a biotechnology engineer, and spent years solving complex problems in biotech environments. I am also a certified fitness instructor and a yoga teacher helping people gain confidence in their body and mind.
I am a International Coaching Federation accredited coach (ACC), trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the industry leaders in coaching trainings and an ORSC practitioner for relationship and systems coaching approach.
I stay committed to ongoing learning, so the tools I use with are thoughtful, and grounded in real impact.
